Chiropractic care is considered safe when performed by a licensed, experienced and well trained chiropractor. Dr. Jeff Hawkins has been practicing chiropractic medicine for over 30 years.  It’s important to discuss your health history and concerns before beginning treatment.

Many insurance plans, including Medicare, cover chiropractic care, but coverage varies. Check with your provider for details about your plan. We currently accept

Your first chiropractic consultation and visit will typically include:

  • A discussion of your medical history and symptoms
  • A physical examination
  • Diagnostic tests (if needed, such as X-rays)
  • An explanation of your diagnosis and treatment plan
  • Initial treatment

Adjustments are typically painless, though you may feel some pressure or hear a “popping” sound as gas is released from the joints. Any initial discomfort is usually mild and temporary.

The number of sessions varies based on your condition, severity, and treatment goals. Some people experience relief in a few visits, while others may require ongoing care.
